Wayne Brown, MD

Dr. Brown is a Kansas City, Kansas, Wyandotte High school graduate. He then attended UMKC graduating with a BS in Biology. He recieved his MD at the Kansas University Medical School in 1987. Dr. Brown then completed his Anesthesia residency and pain management specialty fellowship at the University Of Virginia Hospitals in 1991. From there he went on to St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City Missouri where he became a well established part of the Pain Clinic from 1991 thru 1997. In 1997 he moved his practice to St. Joseph Medical Center where he has continued to combine his practice of Anesthesiology with his long time interest in comprehensive management of pain. Dr. Brown is ABMS Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain management and sees patients at St. Joseph Medical Center Pain Management Center throughout the month along with his duties in the Operating Room.
